A shape we have not produced before needs moulds made and proven before sampling starts. Existing shapes skip this step entirely.

Our minimum order, how long sampling and production take, what moves the schedule, and what we need from you to quote. Custom printed tin boxes are made to order, so the schedule depends on a few things being settled early: the shape, the artwork and the quantity. Here is what each stage takes.

Four things decide whether your tins arrive on time.

Artwork readiness
Print-ready files — CMYK or Pantone references, bleed and dieline — let printing start on the agreed date. Artwork arriving late moves everything.

Peak season
Christmas and Chinese New Year are the two busiest windows for tin packaging. Seasonal orders should be booked well before the window opens.

Shipping mode
Sea freight is the economic route and takes longer in transit; air freight shortens transit but not production. Choose it when the launch date is fixed.

Tell us if you have a preference; otherwise we quote our 0.23 mm standard.

Which market you sell into and which certificates or tests your customer asks for, so we send the right documents with the quotation.
